Altered and Made-to-Order Pieces:
- Altered (resized or customized) and made-to-order pieces are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances. These pieces are specially modified or created according to your specific requirements and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees associated with return and repair shipments.
