Resizing Services:

• We are pleased to offer one free resizing service per item. If you require a size adjustment for your ring, we will provide the resizing service at no additional charge. However, please note that if there is a significant size jump involved in the resizing, there may be an additional fee or refund required to cover the price difference. Our team will assess the situation and inform you accordingly.

Polishing and Setting Tightening Services:

• To ensuring that your jewelry continues to shine and remains securely set. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer lifetime polishing and setting tightening services for your Ruoria pieces. Our skilled team will carefully polish your jewelry to restore its luster and brilliance. Additionally, we will inspect and tighten the settings to maintain the security of your gemstones or diamonds.
